🦁 Lions Club of Ulwe Gems Detailed Activity Report – PST & VP Schooling Lions International – District 3231 A4 Lions Year 2026–27 📌 Programme Details Programme: UDAAN – PST Schooling & VP Schooling Date: 6th & 7th June 2026 Venue: Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace, Khopoli Organised by: Lions International District 3231 A4 District Theme: “Together We Serve” Participation: 4 Officers from Lions Club of Ulwe Gems 👥 Club Representation Lions Club of Ulwe Gems proudly participated in the training programme with all four designated Club Officers attending the PST & VP Schooling. Their participation demonstrated the Club's commitment towards leadership development, effective administration and strengthening the Club for the Lions Year 2026–27. 🎯 Objective of the Programme The UDAAN – PST Schooling programme was designed to prepare and empower incoming Club Officers with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to effectively perform their respective responsibilities. The programme focused on: Developing leadership and administrative skills Understanding the responsibilities of Club Officers Effective Club planning and goal setting Strengthening coordination between Club, Zone and Region Aligning Club activities with District objectives Building a strong foundation for successful Lions service 🌟 Key Programme Highlights The two-day programme included several valuable and interactive sessions: Motivational Session by Professional Speaker Role-Based Training for Club Officers Zonal & Regional Advisory Meetings Club Goal Setting through SMART Goals Special Session on Lions Business Network (LBN) Interactive discussions and leadership-oriented learning 💡 Learning & Key Takeaways The four participating officers gained valuable insights into the importance of teamwork, planning, communication, leadership and accountability. The schooling provided practical guidance on how Club Officers can work together as a cohesive leadership team, establish measurable goals, improve Club administration and ensure that service projects are planned and executed effectively. 🤝 Club Commitment The participation of all four officers of Lions Club of Ulwe Gems reflects the Club's strong commitment to continuous learning, leadership development and effective service administration.
