Distribution of spectacles on vision center

Kolad Lions Club, in association with Lions Health Foundation Alibaug and Pramodsheth Mhaskar Social Foundation, organized a free eye check-up and cataract surgery camp. More than 200 patients were examined, 15 patients received free cataract surgeries, one patient underwent special surgery, and over 100 needy beneficiaries received free spectacles which was distributed on 09.08.2026 Pramodsheth Mhaskar appreciated the Lions Club’s social initiatives and assured future support for public toilets and ambulance services. The event was attended by Secretary Anil Mahadik, Vice President Dr. Vinod Gandhi, former President Naresh Birgawale, Lions Club members, and the Gandhi Nursing Home team. The program was conducted by Secretary Anil Mahadik. Shruti, daughter of Lion Vitthal Savale, was also felicitated for her excellent success in the NEET examination. Total beneficiary: 100 lion present : 9 lion hours : 45 Hours cost of activity :700 dollor (66780 INR)
