LIONS INTERNATIONAL District 3231-A4 | Lions Year 2026–27 OCTOBER SERVICE WEEK 2026 ACTIVITY REPORT – CANCER CARE ENTERTAINMENT & MAGIC SHOW Lead Club: Lions Club of New Bombay CBD Belapur Activity: Cancer Care Entertainment Programme & Magic Show Date: Monday, 5th October 2026 Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Venue: Asha Niwas, ACTREC, Tata Memorial Centre, Owe Camp, Kharghar – 410210 Activity Description As part of October Service Week 2026, Lions Club of New Bombay CBD Belapur, along with seven participating Lions Clubs, conducted an Entertainment Programme and Magic Show for cancer patients and their relatives/caregivers at Asha Niwas, ACTREC, Tata Memorial Centre, Kharghar. The programme was organised to provide moments of joy, relaxation and positivity to the patients during their treatment journey. The magic show and entertainment created a cheerful atmosphere and brought smiles to the faces of the patients and their caregivers. The activity reflected the Lions’ commitment to Cancer Care through compassion, happiness and emotional support. This was a Twinning Activity with 8 Lions Clubs, including the Lead Club.
