Installation and Induction Ceremony – Lions Club of Alibag Poynad

Lions Club of Alibag Poynad conducted its Installation and Induction Ceremony for the Lions Year 2026–27 on 7 August 2026 at Ashoka Banquet and Resort, Poynad. The installation ceremony was conducted by Past Multiple Council Chairperson PMJF Lion Manish Ladge, who installed the new office bearers and Board of Directors for the Lions Year 2026–27. The induction ceremony was conducted by GST Chairperson PMJF Lion Anil Mhatre. During the ceremony, 7 new members were inducted into Lions Club of Alibag Poynad. PMJF Lion Anil Jadhav attended the programme as the Chief Guest. MJF Lion Vidya Adhikari, Zone Chairperson, was also present along with Lions members, office bearers, guests and new members. For the Lions Year 2026–27, Lion Suryakant Patil took charge as President, Lion Sudhir Patil as Vice President, Lion Samidha Patil as Secretary, and Lion Kaustubh Joshi as Treasurer, along with the other members of the Board of Directors. As part of the club's commitment to Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF), the club announced a contribution of ₹12,500 to LCIF. The ceremony marked the beginning of the new Lions Year and brought together Lions members, new members and district leaders for a positive start to the year's activities and service programmes.
