International Youth Day – Red Run Rally The District AIDS Prevention Society, Raigad-Alibag, in collaboration with the Lions Club of Shribag, Alibag, organized an International Youth Day Red Run Rally at Alibag Seashore to create awareness among citizens about HIV/AIDS prevention and control, along with issues related to adolescent health, mental health, substance abuse, stigma, and discrimination. The programme was conducted with the association and co-sponsorship of MJF Ln. Dr. Adv. Niha Anis Raut and was coordinated by Ln. Kala Patil and Ln. Saumini Mhatre. Lions Club members, representatives of various organizations and educational institutions, and students actively participated in the initiative. The Red Run served as an important platform to spread awareness about HIV/AIDS prevention and encourage young people and the wider community to adopt healthy and responsible practices. The initiative also supported the broader district-level awareness campaign being conducted across Raigad, with activities reaching educational institutions and villages throughout the district. The programme reflected the Lions Club of Shribag, Alibag’s commitment to community health, youth engagement, public awareness, and social welfare.
