Blood Donation Camp at Shri Ganesh Mandir, Talavpali, Poynad – October Service Week 2026

As part of the October Service Week 2026, Lions Club of Alibag Poynad organized a Blood Donation Camp on 3 October 2026 at Shri Ganesh Mandir, Talavpali, Poynad. The camp was organized in collaboration with the District Government Blood Bank, Alibag, with the objective of encouraging voluntary blood donation and contributing to the availability of blood for patients requiring transfusion and emergency medical care. A total of 23 units of blood were successfully collected during the camp. The activity received active support from 15 Lions members, who contributed a total of 60 Lion Hours towards organizing and conducting the camp. The total expenditure incurred for the activity was ₹6,350.
