Meeting Called to Order * The meeting was called to order by President Lion Rajendra Thakur at 6:30 PM. 2. Flag Salutation * The Flag Salutation was led by Secretary Lion Shreeyash Gharat. 3. National Anthem * The National Anthem was sung by all members present. 4. Welcome Address * President Lion Rajendra Thakur welcomed all members and thanked them for their presence. 5. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes * The minutes of the previous meeting were tabled by the President and approved unanimously by all members. 6. Secretary’s Report * Secretary Lion Shreeyash Gharat presented the report on club membership and activities. 7. Treasurer’s Report * Treasurer Lion Sandip Mhatre presented the financial status of the club. 8. Passing of Bills * No bills were presented for approval. 9. Compliance * It was informed that the club registration procedures are in progress, and the required documents are being submitted. 10. Review of Ongoing Activities * No ongoing service activities were reported during the meeting. 11. New Service Activities ●The following activities were proposed and discussed: ●Distribution of umbrellas to underprivileged individuals. ●Distribution of notebooks to school children. ●Members appreciated the proposals and agreed to take them up in the coming months. 12.Budget Proposal and Approval ●It was unanimously decided that members who wish to contribute voluntarily may donate ₹1,000 per member to support the proposed service activities. 13. Discussion on Club Installation ●The Installation Ceremony was scheduled as follows: ●Date: Sunday, 28 July 2026 ●Time: 6:00 PM ●Venue: Veer Wajekar College Auditorium, Funde, Uran ●Chief Guest & Installation Officer: Lion Mukesh Taneja ●Guest of Honour & Induction Officer: Lion Milind Patil ●It was decided that: ● The President will finalize the menu. ● Invitations and guest welcome arrangements will be coordinated by the secretary. ● Other responsibilities will be delegated among club members. 14. Observations by Dignitaries ●No dignitaries were present; hence, no observations were recorded. 15. Concluding Remarks ● The President appreciated the active participation of all members and encouraged everyone to support the upcoming installation ceremony and service projects. 16. Vote of Thanks ●Secretary Lion Shreeyash Gharat proposed the vote of thanks to all members for their valuable participation. 17. Adjournment ●There being no further business, the President declared the meeting adjourned. 18. Refreshments ● The meeting concluded with snacks and fellowship among members.
