As part of Relieve the Hunger Week, a grocery distribution initiative was conducted at Vashi to support a mattress and pillow maker and his family with essential food and hygiene items. The distributed kit included: Rice – 2 kg Wheat – 3 kg Rawa – 1 kg Poha – 1 kg Tea – 1 packet Dal – ½ kg Potatoes – 2 kg Onions – 2 kg Soap – 2 pieces Toothbrush – 2 pieces Toothpaste – 1 piece The project was sponsored by Ln. Anuradha Jain and organized by PMJF Ln. Sudha Rani Jain. With the involvement of 1 volunteer contributing 1 hour, the activity was carried out efficiently and with heartfelt care. Implemented at a cost of ₹300/-, the initiative demonstrates how small, thoughtful acts of kindness can provide nourishment, hygiene, and hope, positively impacting the lives of working families in the community.
