In the true spirit of Relieve the Hunger Week, a grocery support initiative was carried out at Vashi to assist a cleaning maid, ensuring access to essential food and hygiene supplies. Carefully packed grocery kits containing rice, wheat, rawa, poha, tea, dal, potatoes, onions, along with soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, were distributed to help ease everyday household needs. The initiative was sponsored and organized by Ln. Anuradha Jain, whose personal involvement highlighted the compassion and commitment behind the project. With the support of 1 dedicated volunteer, the activity was completed in 1 volunteer hour, making every moment count. Completed at a cost of just ₹200/-, the project beautifully demonstrated how simple gestures of kindness can bring comfort, dignity, and hope, reinforcing the mission of relieving hunger and uplifting lives—one family at a time.
