LIONS INTERNATIONAL District 3231-A4, 2026-27 OCTOBER SERVICE WEEK 2026 ACTIVITY REPORT – SANITARY NAPKIN DISTRIBUTION Club: Lions Club of New Bombay CBD Belapur Service Initiative: October Service Week Activity: Sanitary Napkins Distribution Date: Tuesday, 6th October 2026 Time: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM Venue: Belapur Gaon, Sector 20, Near Ram Mandir, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai Activity Details As part of October Service Week 2026, Lions Club of New Bombay CBD Belapur conducted a Sanitary Napkin Distribution. Sanitary napkin packets were distributed to underprivileged women and girls, helping promote menstrual hygiene, health and dignity. The activity also focused on creating awareness about personal hygiene, menstrual health and the importance of maintaining proper hygiene during menstruation. The initiative reflected the Lions’ commitment to women’s health, dignity and empowerment, while spreading awareness and support among the community. Activity Statistics Beneficiaries: 25 Lions Present: 7 Lions Hours: 7 Cost to the Club: ₹675 Sanitary Napkin Packets Distributed: 25 Special Support The activity was supported by the members of Lions Club of New Bombay CBD Belapur, who actively participated in the distribution and awareness programme.
