Meeting Called to Order * The meeting was called to order by President Lion Rajendra Thakur at 6:30 PM. 2. Flag Salutation * The Flag Salutation was led by Secretary Lion Shreeyash Gharat. 3. National Anthem * The National Anthem was sung by all members present. 4. Welcome Address * President Lion Rajendra Thaku, recognise presence of BOD members and welcomed all members 5. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes * The minutes of the previous meeting were tabled by the President and approved unanimously by all members. 6. Secretary’s Report * Secretary Lion Shreeyash Gharat presented the secretary report that, club membership is 16 as on today and activities done was Diabetes screening, bicycle donation, notebook distribution, and medical camp conducted at T.H.Wajekar Highschool, Funde in association with Dr. Pol Foundation Medical consultation for youth students CBC screening, Vision screening and adolescence education for girls students, 51 students were found anemic and they were Consulted with their parents. they were medicated afterward. Club also appreciate the LCIF donation of $ 1000 by Lion Sandip Mhatre which is achievement of one PMJF of our club. 7. Treasurer’s Report * Treasurer Lion Sandip Mhatre presented the financial status of the club. 9 members were paid their club subscription & Closing balance of admin account Rs. 84559/- and closing balance of Charity account Rs. 6250/- for month of July 2026. 8. Passing of Bills * No bills were presented for approval. 9. Compliance * It was informed that the club registration procedure are progress and the required documents are being submitted . 10. Review of Ongoing Activities * No ongoing service activities were reported during the meeting. 11 New Service Activities * No new activities suggested, 12.Budget Proposal and Approval * No Budget Proposed 13. Observations by Dignitaries * No dignitaries were present; hence, no observations were recorded. 14 Concluding Remarks * The President appreciated the active participation of all members and encouraged every one to support service projects. 15.Vote of Thanks * Secretary Lion Shreeyash Gharat proposed the vote of thanks to all members for their valuable participation. 16.Adjournment *There being no further business, the President declared the meeting adjourned. 17.
