🌟 Activity Report – Global Cause: Women Empowerment 🌟 Lions Club of Panvel Sargam 📌 Activity: Free Guidance Session on Menstrual Cycle Awareness 📅 Date: 14 July 2026 📍 Venue: Banthiya School, New Panvel ✨ Empowering Young Girls Through Knowledge, Health & Confidence Under the Global Cause – Women Empowerment, Lions Club of Panvel Sargam organized a Free Guidance Session on Menstrual Cycle Awareness to educate adolescent girls about menstrual health, hygiene, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment. 💙 In collaboration with Medicover Hospital, an experienced Gynaecologist conducted an interactive awareness session, addressing common concerns, dispelling myths, and encouraging young girls to openly understand and manage their menstrual health with confidence and dignity. 🎯 Highlights of the Activity: 🔹 Interactive session by an experienced Gynaecologist 🔹 Awareness on the menstrual cycle and menstrual hygiene 🔹 Guidance on maintaining good reproductive health 🔹 Addressing myths, misconceptions, and common concerns 🔹 Encouraging confidence, self-care, and healthy lifestyle practices 🌈 The session created a positive and comfortable environment where students could learn, ask questions, and gain accurate medical knowledge. By promoting awareness at an early age, the initiative empowered young girls to make informed health decisions and embrace womanhood with confidence and dignity. 👏 Project Chairpersons, Ln.
