Mortury Freezer Room inguarated

Lions Club of Panvel 📌 Date: 30th July 2025 📍 Venue: Karuneshwar Ashram, Nere Lions Club of Panvel successfully inaugurated a *Mortuary Freezer Room at Karuneshwar Ashram, Nere, fulfilling a much-needed requirement for the surrounding villages and old age homes. This facility will provide essential support to families during emergencies by enabling dignified preservation of mortal remains. The project was generously donated by PMJF Lion Dr. Sanjay Potdar, MJF Lion Meena Potdar, and family. The inauguration ceremony was graced by District Governor Lion Sanjeev Suryawanshi and Lion Kirti Suryawanshi as Chief Guests, while 2nd Vice District Governor Lion Vijay Ganatra attended as Guest of Honour. Special contribution and support came from Ishwar Dada and Karuna Vahini team of Karuneshwar Ashram. During the event, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Lions Club and Karuneshwar Ashram to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the facility.
