Free Eye Screening & Cataract Surgery Camp – Serving the Community.

Lions Club of Mangaon – Activity Report Lions Club of Mangaon, in association with Lions Health Foundation, Chondhi-Alibag, inaugurated a free eye check-up and cataract surgery camp on 20 July 2026 at Mangaon. The camp will be conducted regularly on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at designated locations in Mangaon. The inaugural programme was graced by Mrs. Bijakshi Roy, Founder, Shraddha English Medium School, Mangaon, along with club office bearers and the eye-care team from Alibag. A total of 29 patients were examined during the camp. Mrs. Roy appreciated the initiative and assured her continued support for such community service activities. The camp was successfully conducted with the aim of providing accessible eye care to needy patients in Mangaon Taluka.
