Installation Ceremony for Lionistic year 2026-27

Lions Club of Khopoli, The *56 Installation Ceremony of the Lions Club of Khopoli *was held with great enthusiasm on 21st June at Dr. Ramhari Kisan Dhote Lions Service Centre, Khopoli. The program began with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries, followed by a beautiful rendition of Ganesh Vandana by lion Deepali Tailor, setting a graceful and auspicious tone for the ceremony. Outgoing President Lion Avinash Raut warmly welcomed all the dignitaries and guests present for the occasion. Under the guidance of* Chief Guest MJF Lion Ruchita Mehra*, Lion Shailly Mehta formally took over the charge of President from outgoing President Lion Avinash Raut. Former Secretary Nizamuddin Jalgaonkar and former Treasurer Arun Kasar handed over their responsibilities to the newly elected Secretary Lion Ekta Bhadoria and newly elected Treasurer Lion Parina Oswal respectively. The ceremony was graced by several office-bearers of various social organizations from Khopoli. District secretary Lion Nayan kawale , Lion Khemant Tailor , Lion Ajay Pillai, Region -2 chair person Lion Alkesh shah,Z.C Lion Narayan Katti,District Executive Treasurer Sanjay Godseji with spouse,Lion Suyog Pendse and Lion Surbhi Pendse, extended their best wishes to the newly installed President Lion Shailly Mehta and her entire team for a successful tenure ahead. The program also included the introduction of the chief guest by Lion Jyoti Patil. This was followed by Lion Parina Oswal, who shared updates on the club’s upcoming activities and initiatives. On this occasion, newly installed President Lion Shailly Mehta delivered an impressive acceptance speech in which she shared her vision for the club’s future.
